EKKOV has the right to adjust prices, involve additional cost and change product information such as product pictures and offers without notice. The product images and information texts available reflect the product as much as possible. The pictures may differ depending on the color settings in your computer. All pictures should be seen as illustrations only, and do not guarantee correct appearance and characteristics.
All prices on our homepage are in EUR with VAT included. Please note that orders outside the EU, may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which EKKOV does not have control over and thus cannot be held responsible for. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you contact your local customs regarding taxes and duties payable before placing your order.
Codes are not combined with other promotions, discounts and special offers. To apply the discount, you have to enter a promotional code at checkout.

Placing an order, the Client declares and confirms that he has read and accepted these Terms. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions is required when placing an order and takes place during the checkout process.
Once we have received your order we will send a confirmation to your email address. It is therefore important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation sent via email to the customer confirms the contract between the customer and EKKOV. The order confirmation which will be sent to you with your order, also serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase.
Your order will be sent within 1 business day of receiving your payment.
Depending on your shipping destination, you can choose to pay with credit or debit cards or via bank transfer. EKKOV does not handle any credit card numbers. There is no extra charge for card or wire transfer payments on the side of the customer.
EKKOV reserves the right to withdraw from a transaction in case of incorrect personal data or unavailability of a product. In such case, the money paid by a client will be returned to the bank account indicated by the client. In case a given product has been discontinued EKKOV will notify the customer of a replacement or equivalent products if available.
Deliveries are made in cooperation with DHL and its partners in other countries around the world. The shipping rate depends on parcel size, the target country, and is shown upon selecting your country of delivery at checkout, before confirming your order.
If we are not able to keep the scheduled delivery date, we will inform you as soon as possible and it will be your choice to continue the order execution with prolonged delivery period or withdraw from the order. In cases where you as a customer believe that the delivery is delayed in such a way that you no longer wish to fulfil the order, you will receive a full refund. If the order has already been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order and return it to EKKOV, who will also cover the return costs. Reasons for delay may include temporary product unavailability, unforeseen circumstances, delivery zone issues.

With every order, we send an Order Confirmation or VAT invoice. If neither of these documents is included, please notify us so we can send it to you.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
You, as a private consumer, have the right to return your items within 14 days from receiving the order without a given reason. The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. If consumers would like to use their right to send back an order they should follow our procedure available here. The customer is obliged to contact EKKOV in order to receive a Returns Authorisation. If no filled-in return form is enclosed with the returned order, EKKOV may refuse to accept the returned goods from the customer. Please note that the return shipping is paid by the customer.
If you have already completed your payment, but would like to cancel your order, you should do so before the items have been dispatched. You will receive a full refund deducted by any bank and accounting service costs.
If you would like to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you are required to receive the order first, and may continue with a regular Returns procedure baring all costs related to shipping of the goods.
The complaint is considered within 14 working days from the moment Ekkov receives the returned product.
It is important that you as a customer carefully check your goods / products when you receive your shipment in order to verify that the products are correct and not damaged.
If you receive your item and see that it is damaged or does not match your order, you should contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Any complaints shall be made to our customer service via email email@example.com. Please supply the order number and the reason for complaint and we will get back to you shortly with instructions on how to return the item. All costs related to sending back defective goods are returned to the customer upon receiving the goods and investigating the complaint.
In the case that a returned product has no errors or faults, the costs will be held by the consumer.
Defective products returned to EKKOV should be treated as if they were faultless. It is extremely important in all types of returns, that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit.
EKKOV has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund.
EKKOV’s responsibility for errors in connection to delivery is limited to existing conditions of sale. EKKOV shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond our control. As the release factor should be considered include government intervention, new / amended legislation, lack of state, war, fire, flood, labor disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions or lack of delivery from suppliers and the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects activities.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyright, on the website and in the material published on it are owned by EKKOV or its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of the site or its content, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of EKKOV.
The www.ekkov.eu website may include user generated content from social media applications. EKKOV does not claim any ownership in rights in such content (images, photos and videos etc.) and takes no legal responsibility for it. In case you suspect a violation of copyright, or any other right, or otherwise are offended by such content, please contact our customer service.
